How to Build Your Family Tree - Session 2
From 10:00AM to 12:00PM
In this series participants will:
- Learn how to start building your family tree.
- Discover how and where to find records of your family.
- Research free websites for historical records to help verify your ancestors and place them into an online family tree.
- Get tips to help you organize your research.
- Obtain Ancestry specific experiences.
- Utilize technology tools to aid in your quest.,
Sessions will take place at the Morton Township Library on Wednesday mornings from 10AM - 12PM
- Session One: Wednesday, April 2, 2025
- Session Two: Wednesday, April 16, 2025
- Session Three: Wednesday, April 30, 2025
- Session Four: Wednesday, May 7, 2025
Workshop fee is $20 for all four sessions.
To insure a positive experience, there is limit of 10 participants. Laptop very helpful but not required. Detailed handouts provided for home practice.
