Mark Ray Tribute - Music on the River Series 2024

From 6:30PM to 8:30PM

ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE:

Music was Mark's life, starting with DJ service in high school. He started Music Unlimited with his beloved wife Alice, which they operated for years. Mark played in several bands and he and Alice were a major part of "Music on the River". Mark sadly passed away in November 2023.

This evening will be Calabogie Road Bluegrass - Music on the River Series 2024many of Mark's music friends playing his favorite songs in his honor.

ABOUT MUSIC ON THE RIVER:

Free muscial performances every friday night at Bromley Park in Mecosta in July and August!

A long time tradition in the Village of Mecosta. Be sure to bring your own non-alcholoic beverage, lawn chairs, blankets, jackets, sunscreen, and bug spray.

Parking is available at Morton Township Library, Morton Township Hall, and the Elementary School. There will be no parking at Bromley Park due to safety reasons.

In case of inclement weather, the performance will be moved into the Village Free Methodist Church.

Late Night, Date Night

Pick up a FREE movie ticket at the library before the showing. Bring that ticket with you to be entered into a drawing at the end of the showing. Giveaways include picnic baskets and outdoor blankets. Title information can be found on the library's website.
