Rick Lucas is a Society of American Foresters Certified Forester. For the last 34+ years he has adminstered the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Developement Program for Mecosta, Osecola and Lake counties. He has 25+ years of experience with controlling gypsy moths and was a member of the first Gypsy Moth Suppression program in the county dating back to the 1980's.
