The Friends of the Big Rapids Community Library will be selling used book in the library Community Room from 10 AM-12 PM.

The Friends are continuing to accept gently used books for our book sales. Please no textbooks or magazines.

The Mecosta County Rod & Gun Club will be holding a pump shotgun sporting clays tournament on July 6 at 1 PM. Any gauge of pump operated gun will be allowed. For the purpose of score, only your first two rounds will be counted. A plaque will be given for the top score in this two round tournament. This event will be open to the public. The club is located four miles west of Mecosta on M20.
