Faithfully Fit
From 5:30PM to 6:15PM
Want to get in shape, but you don't like going to the gym or lots of grueling exercises? Then you need faithfully fit. This is a low impact exercise class set to music that helps us give thanks, feel good and have fun with friends. It is at New Hope United Methodist Church in Mecosta and is open to the public.
Time: 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Tuesdays.
(Fun and fellowship, bring water bottle, A free-will offering accepted)
