Central Michigan District Health Department will be offering a walk-in seasonal flu clinic on: Thursday, November 2nd Reed City Area Chamber of Commerce’s Community & Business Expo (in conjunction with Spectrum Health Reed City Hospital) 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Reed City High School 225 W. Church Street in Reed City (for all ages, 6 months and above) Central Michigan District Health Department will be offering flu shots throughout the flu season. Please contact the office at 231-832-5532 to make an appointment. We bill private insurances, Medicare and Medicaid for full cost of the vaccine. If paying with cash, check or credit card at the time of service the costs are listed below. 2017 Flu Fee 6 months - 64 years $28 + Administration Fee $0.00 - up to $22.00* 65 years & older $50 + Administration Fee $0.00 - up to $22.00* *Will be determined based on your Annual Income
