The AMVETS Riders are asking you to join us, along with Vietnam Veterans of America in a motorcycle escort of the Michigan Vietnam Veteran Memorial Wall and The Michigan Middle Eastern Conflict Memorial Wall. The Escort will travel North along scenic M-37 from Newaygo to Baldwin.
11:00 am- Staging- VFW (4249)/AMVETS (4250) - 9075 Mason Dr., Newaygo, MI
12:30 pm:- Depart- VFW to AMVETS Post 1988- 1959 W. 24th St., Baldwin, MI
Both walls to be displayed during Blessing of the Bikes Weekend
(along with an era specific War memorabilia display)
At AMVETS Post 1988 from Friday, May 19th-Sunday Morning, May 21st

As part of Spectrum Health Big Rapids and Reed City Hospitals' 'Helping the Whole You' series, join gardening experts from TrueNorth Community Services as they discuss how simple it can be to incorporate recycling, composting, and gardening into your daily life!
All ages are invited to attend this free presentation. Free meal provided.

Hunter Safety
From 5:00PM to 9:00PM
If you were born after 1960 you are required to obtain a hunter safety certificate in order to purchase a Michigan hunting license. Open to all ages. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Free of charge. This is a 3-day event May 16, 18, & 20. Attendees need to complete all three days in order to receive their certificate.
