AAUW ANNUAL USED BOOK SALE

The American Association of University Women is an organization that is 135 years old. All of its years of history have been spent advocating for the advancement and equity of women and girls.
The annual spring USED BOOK SALE which will be held this year on the second weekend of April:
Friday, April 7th from 9 a.m. til 5 p.m. and Saturday, April 8th from 9 a.m. til 2 p.m.
The Book Sale will be held at the First United Methodist Church, at the corner of Warren and Elm in Big Rapids, one block east of Michigan Ave. Watch for our signs and banners around town!
Prices range between $1 for paperbacksand$2 for hard-bounds to a little more for special books.
Remember that by attending this book sale, you are helping us to provide much-needed assistance for our young peole to advance themselves professionally and complete their education!

Tootsie Roll Fund Raiser
On April 7 and April 8, 2017 the Big Rapids Knights of Columbus Council #1300 will be doing our annual Tootsie Roll Fund Raiser. This is a one weekend per year drive, in support of the Developmentally Disabled. The money we collect here in Big Rapids is distributed to the local Hope Network (MorArc) program in Paris and Mecosta County Special Olympics. Greg Beduhn 616-808-1653 KC Council #1300
