From 5:45PM to 6:15PM
Come to New Hope A United Methodist Faith Community to improve your spiritual, physical and emotional health.
This class will be all about building friendships, developing strength and balance while moving to spiritual music. Certified instructor Sharn Sredersas will be offering low-impact "FUN IN FITNRESS" CLASS!
Free will donation. The community is encouraged and invited to attend.
