Osceola County Home Reptair Program
Osceola County has funding available to repair homes owned by income eligible homeowners. Repairs can include major systems including electrical, plumbing, furnace, well, roof, windows, doors, insulation, septic systems, lead based paint and more! Funding provided is a no interest, no monthly payment loan repaid upon future sale or transfer of the home or when the home is no longer occupied by the borrower. To qualify, homeowners must: -Own and lived in the home for at least a year. -property taxes paid -homeowners insurance paid. Household income at or below the 2015 limit, depending on family size shown below: 1 person: Annual income of $30,350 2 people: Annual income of $34,700 3 people: Annual income of $39,050 4 people: Annual income of 43,350 5 people: Annual income of 46,850 6 people: Annual income of 50,300 7 people: Annual income of 53,800 8 people: Annual income of 57,250
