Renowned local cake artist Peggy Brennan provides a demonstration on the basic tools and techniques for cake decoration. Discussing basic techniques including crumb-free icing and making such decorative elements as roses, daisies, drop flowers, daffodils, leaves, tendrils and borders, Brennan will help home bakers learn to create a beautifully decorated cake from their own kitchens.
