3rd Annual 5k Fun Run/Walk

Rain or Shine, Registration starts at 9:00 a.m and the race begins at 10 a.m. Entry fee for adults is $30 that day or $25 if pre-registered by June 1st. Under 18 registration is $10. AMVET Riders Post 1941 Cost is $10.00 per person and it includes a ride, dinner, and door prizes. There will also be a silent auction, 50/50's, and raffles. Breakfast will be served from 10 a.m. to 12 noon for $2.00 per person All proceeds will be going to the area veterans

Muskegon River Voyage of Discovery Celebration

Held at Fisherman's Landing, in Muskegon. Refreshments will be served. Special Speakers *The Muskegon River Watershed Assembly announces a canoe/kayak trip down the entire length of Michigan's second longest river, the Muskegon River, on June 8 - June 18, 2011. The entire 217 mile trip is by invitation-only. The public is invited to join the groups on a day's travel (food, canoe rental, and other accommodations will be your responsibility.)
