Muskegon River Voyage of Discovery Kickoff Event

Special Speakers. *The Muskegon River Watershed Assembly announces a canoe/kayak trip down the entire length of Michigan's second longest river, the Muskegon River, on June 8 - June 18, 2011. The entire 217 mile trip is by invitation-only. The public is invited to join the groups on a day's travel (food, canoe rental, and other accommodations will be your responsibility.) June 8 - Houghton Lake Control Structure June 9 - Ben Jeffs Park June 10 - Lowe Bridge June 11 - Leota June 12 - Old Log Resort June 13 - Evart (Riverside Park) June 14 - Big Rapids (Northend Park) June 15 - Brower's Park June 16 - Croton Dam June 17 - Newaygo (Henning Park) June 18 - Maple Island Road Access
